Off to Edinburgh

After several months in the Arctic frozen in a block of ice the American Eagle was thawed out and performed once more. This time the Edinburgh Festival was to be the venue, performing at the Gilded Balloon theatre and running every afternoon at 1600hrs from Friday the 4th of August 2000 until Monday the 28th. Obviously taking a show to Edinburgh costs money and as the American Eagle is too much of a good guy to use his powers to rob a bank, Carpe Diem had to find a fair deal of it.
Easyjet helped out and put an article in their in flight magazine with a nice picture of Eagle heading it. Very astute of the Carpe Diem lads as Edinburgh is an Easyjet destination!
Chris tells me the Edinburgh performances were a great success but what happens next is anybody's guess.
